Returns
If you purchase from SEECH online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items should be in their original condition and should only have been handled as reasonably necessary to inspect them.
If an item has been used, damaged or handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed when inspecting it, we may be able to make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
How to Request a Return

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Postage
If you are cancelling your order under your 14-day cancellation right, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible.
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your SEECH product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under UK consumer law.
Wear & Tear
SEECH goalkeeper gloves are designed for active goalkeeper use and, like all goalkeeper gloves, will naturally experience wear over time. Latex may gradually lose grip, show signs of wear or become damaged through regular use.
Normal wear and tear resulting from goalkeeper use is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not eligible for a refund or replacement on that basis.
If you believe your gloves have developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us at seechgoalkeeping@gmail.comwith your order number and photographs or video of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required under your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged or Misused Products
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, accidents or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your product has developed a fault during normal use, please contact us with your order number and photographs or video of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Incorrect Size
If you have ordered the wrong size and the item is otherwise suitable and undamaged, you may use your statutory 14-day cancellation right for an online purchase, subject to the conditions above.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges as a standard process.

Nothing in this policy affects or limits your legal rights as a consumer.
For online purchases, UK law provides a 14-day cancellation period in many circumstances, and consumers have additional rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
