By placing an order with SEECH, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices on our website are accurate.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Product specifications may occasionally be updated or changed where necessary. Any material changes to a product will be reflected in the product information provided at the time of purchase.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the SEECH website are in GBP (£).
The price payable for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
SEECH is currently not registered for VAT.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
SEECH does not store your full payment card details.
6. Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days.
Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders of £110 or more.
Express delivery may also be available at checkout where offered.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
For online purchases, customers generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Normal Wear & Tear
SEECH goalkeeper gloves are designed for active goalkeeper use and, like all goalkeeper gloves, will naturally experience wear over time.
Latex may gradually lose grip, show signs of wear or become damaged through regular use.
Normal wear and tear resulting from goalkeeper use is not automatically considered a manufacturing fault.
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, accidents or other actions outside normal intended use may not be covered.
If you believe your gloves have developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us with your order number and photographs or video of the issue.
10. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order.
We provide a size guide to help customers choose the most suitable size.
If you have selected the wrong size, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the SEECH website, including the SEECH name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other materials, belongs to SEECH or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use SEECH content without our written permission.
12. Website Use
You agree to use the SEECH website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
